Kelly Knowles, MD, FAAP, is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She did a research fellowship in neurology at Harvard Medical School , then completed a pediatric residency and chief residency at New England Medical Center in Boston . Before moving to New Jersey , she was a hospitalist for three years, taking care of children and babies in the emergency room, pediatric ward, and delivery room. She has been with Watchung Pediatrics since 1999. Dr. Knowles is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Donna Koward, MD, FAAP, is a board certified pediatrician who received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology from New York University . She then went on and received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School . She completed her pediatric residency training at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and St. Peter’s Medical Center . She was in private practice in Marlboro, NJ until August of 2002 when she joined Watchung Pediatrics. Dr. Koward is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Karen Brandstaedter, MD, FAAP, received her undergraduate degree in History from Tufts University. Dr. Brandstaedter completed her medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York. She completed her internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center. Dr. Brandstaedter joined Watchung Pediatrics in December 2008.
